Following a successful career in the United States Navy, Charles joined Foresters in 1993. At Foresters his sales career quickly flourished. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 1997 and later became Vice President, Sales - Northwest Region, in 2000. In 2006 he joined FFP to help transition Foresters’ career sales force to an independent model. Charles is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table and is a Top of The Table producer. He has a reputation in the industry for his ability to recruit and develop top producers, helping them to successfully build their own businesses and advance their careers. Through his unique approaches to team building and coaching, he has become a sought-after mentor and speaker. At FFP Charles provides leadership to agents and agencies in the areas of sales coaching, recruiting and team development.
